We enjoyed learning how to cook this Mousse in our french language cooking class!
Ingredients
6 jaunes d'oeufs
100 grammes de sucre
1 sachet de sucre vanillé
200 grammes de chocolat noir
2 cuillères à soupe de lait
1/2 litre de crème fraiche
And now for the English version...
Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
6 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
8 oz. (or 8 squares) dark chocolate or baking chocolate bar
2 Tbsp. milk
2 cups whipping cream
1. In a large bowl, mix together the egg yolks, the sugar and the vanilla.
2. In a saucepan, melt the chocolate pieces with the milk.
3. After melted, slowly combine the two mixtures, stirring the egg mixture as you add the chocolate.
4. In a separate bowl, mix the whipping cream until it is light and fluffy.
5. Combine the two preparations.
6. Allow the mousse to stay in the fridge for 12 hours. Enjoy!
Bon Appetit!

yum! I may have to make this sometime for Josh since he is the big chocolate lover in our family. Kylee still talks about you guys out of the blue every once in awhile. Keeping you guys in our prayers. Katie, did your mom tell you that I am pregnant with a little boy due in February?
